What happens if we don’t sell all the product we purchase?

 

We will work with you to determine the problem and create a solution. Whether additional in store promotions are needed, or if your purchase levels are too high for your customer traffic volume, we will find and remedy the issue or simply reduce your purchase volume.

What happens with any product that expires before it sells?

 

Every new vendor is protected with our buy-back guarantee policy which ensures that any product which does not sell by its expiration date will be bought back by the Home Stone Bakery. Do you offer consignment deals?

 

We do offer consignment at our discretion, and we usually reserve consignment agreements for potential vendors with very high customer traffic volume.

Will your company deliver my order?

 

Yes! For local orders within the city of Philadelphia, we will personally deliver your order. And the best part, local delivery is free!

 

For orders outside of Philadelphia, we have “no cost” pick-up options at your discretion or two-day US Postal Service Priority mail delivery. Non-local vendors are responsible for all shipping costs to their destination.
